Brief: Our client had recently purchased the building and required a services refurbishment scope that would offer comfort to a multiple cellular offices layout. The previous tenant had added to and re-configured existing services which meant a large section of the second floor was dedicated to plant.
Action: Our Solution was to remove existing inefficient ventilation plant and alter ductwork services so that the plant area could be reduced as much as possible to increase the nett lettable area available. A new heat recovery air handling unit with DX coil has been installed connected to modified duct services. We also added new VRF systems and adapted existing along with the addition of central controls and fire shutdown.
