Brief: To provide a fit out of a CAT A  office space to the existing base build specification and to provide independent control to newly created offices and breakout spaces.

Action: We adapted and added to the existing Dunham Bush 4 Pipe Fan coil systems and added new Trend control to offer a bespoke solution. We also adapted the primary and secondary ventilation, sprinklers and public health services.
