Northumberland House

Brief: The vacant floors had been left with minimal services and as part of a full refurbishment the desire was to have modern energy efficient services separated for billing on a floor by floor basis.   

Action: Northumberland House is situated in the heart of Fitzrovia business district and as such it needs to benefit from modern and energy efficient services so we installed a new VRF system to each floor along with local CO2 controlled heat recovery ventilation, local extract systems and we also fitted new public health systems. We also fitted water leak detection and PIR controlled solenoids to separate zones to each floor. 

The services are all on show and coordinated with other services to create a look that really stands out!!
