Brief: The building had been left with no operable services and a design was required to create a modern open services feel whilst utilising energy efficient solutions for heating, cooling, ventilation and public health services.
Action: We fitted new heat recovery VRF systems to each of the four floors along with local ventilation systems. We also completely renewed all public health systems including new booster set.
