Brief: for this project we were asked to work to a very strict brief set out by the council who own the property and it was important that the building met with their specifications. The layout of the building was a challenge when considering service routes and lack of plant space.

Action: We utilised VRF Hybrid technology installing 11No systems in total along with local MVHR units. We also replaced the buildings complete public health systems including Cat 5 Boosted supplies and new Trend BMS. we worked with the main contractor to create space for plant to be positioned and for the creation of risers, whilst keeping servicing easy and tenancies separated from each other for local billing. The project was completed on time and within budget and we were able to increase the buildings net lettable space in the process.
