Brief: To fit three floors out to CATA plus scheme with new VRF systems and alterations to the existing primary ventilation services along with the completion of tea point services.
Action: We followed the same principles of recently fitted out floors but together with our client we designed services in an open void format whilst hiding fan coils above mesh rafts. In order to further enhance the aesthetics, we worked with a reputable diffuser manufacturer to select diffusers that can sit above these mesh rafts and still provide comfort to occupants.
