The Billiards Building

Brief: To take the stage 3 design for all 9 floors through to completion whilst providing options for the client to consider whether they be environmentally or cost driven.

Action: This work needed to be completed with Sitting tenants to some floors making the work a mixture of  Cat A and Cat B. All 9 floors and basement were fitted with new VRF systems and primary ventilation and the work was completed with minimal disruption to tenant which was achieved by a strong communication team and close consideration for planning of works.
