Brief: To take the CAT A office fit out to CAT B on 2 floors and combined CATA and B on one floor with particular attention to making the space stand out with open ceilings. Additionally we to were asked to provide a solution to offering frost protection within the warehouse space.

Action: We provided additional DX VRF type heating and cooling to offices along with local heat recovery ventilation. Within the warehouse we installed Powrmatic Air Rotation systems and overdoor heaters
