Brief: To provide a fit out of a CAT A office space to the listed building specification. To find a solution to having no external compound and strict planning conditions.
Action: We designed a solution to alter internal space to external compound and produced builderswork drawings for this adaptation to be passed by planning. We then designed solutions for the installation of Mitsubishi VRF for each floor taking into consideration the style of building and ensuring any services enhance the original listed features.
