Brief - To modify basebuild systems where possible or provide new systems to offer a metered form of heating and cooling to serviced office areas.

Action - We installed a range of new Mitsubishi Electric Split systems to provide individual control and where possible adapted the existing systems along with heat recovery ventilation.
