Brief: Our Client required us to carry out the complete renewal via competitive tender of the existing heating and cooling systems to replace equipment  that had reached the end of their working life. We were also requested to refurbish and modify the existing ventilation system.

Action: We have designed and installed new Toshiba VRF comfort cooling and heating systems via void mounted fan coils controlled via a central controller and linked to the end users multi building BMS monitoring system. We have refurbished and part replaced the existing ventilation system and replaced the controls to ensure energy performance is enhanced.
