Brief: To modifiy and add to the basebuild services for the clients new offices, ensuring that local control is acheived to provide optimum comfort.
Action: We adapted the Category A Daikin Heat Recovery VRV and Primary ventilation system to provide local control to the clients Category B requirements. We also provided domestic services to the new commercial kitchen and servery along with tea points throughout the building.
