Brief: The building was fitted out to Category A standard but the mechanical equipment was in need of replacement or refurbishment and this posed a specific challenge as it was required to be retained and adapted to a fully serviced office Categtry B layout.
Action: We refurbished and added to the existing base build mechanical installation including the complete upgrade of the Trend BMS to allow for more efficient usage.
